Q. Is mileage included in the rental fee?
A. Yes. 150 free miles are included for each night the motorhome is rented. A charge of .49 cents per mile is charged for mileage over 150 miles average per day.

Q. Are pets allowed in the coaches?
A. Yes. We do allow pets in specific coaches. There is a $100.00 fee for pets.

Q. Can I use the Awning on the motorhome?
A. Yes. We want our guests to have the full RVing experience. Many rental companys do not allow awning usage or charge extra for use. All awnings are free of charge to use on our rentals!

Q. What other features do you offer on your rentals?
A. All of our coaches have slide-outs, built-in generators, air conditioning(roof & dash), full bathrooms w/shower,full kitchens,microwave,refrigerator, Queen size bed, TV w/dvd player, in dash AM/FM radio w/CD player. Diesel pushers also include leveling jacks,back-up cameras & flat panel LCD TV's!

Q. Are Best Deal RV rental units older, used coaches that may belong to other people(consignments)?
A. NO! Our units are all current new 2007 year models. We own all of our rentals and are under full factory warranty!

Q. What happens if I have a problem or question on the road?
A. You may call us during business hours with any questions. We also offer a 24-hour roadside/technical assistance hotline.

Q. Do you charge for propane?
A. Your first tank of propane is free! Additional propane is the responsibility of the renter.

Q. Am I allowed to use the generator?
A. Yes. 5 hours a day are included in the rental fee. We charge $5.00 an hour for any additional hours over an average of 5 hours per day. You may also pay a flat $25.00 per day for unlimited use.

Q. Can I smoke in the coaches.
A. No. We do not allow smoking in our coaches.

Q. How do I know what campgrounds are available in the areas I will be traveling?
A. We include a Nationwide campground directory in each of our rentals.

Q. Do the rentals have huge advertising logos and phone numbers all over the coach?
A. NO! Our coaches have almost no markings to indicate they are rentals. Our coaches are clean and neat with tasteful exteriors & interiors.

Q. Can I tow a car or trailer with the motorhome?
A. At this time we do not allow towing with our rental units.

Q. Are there any restrictions on where I can go with the motorhome?
A. Yes. We do not allow travel to Mexico,Canada, Alaska, or where telecommunications is not available.

Q. Can We use the coaches for race events like NASCAR, Indy, Drag races, etc.?
A. Yes you can. Rates are subject to change during Florida race weekends, and some special events. Higher Security deposits may apply for race weekends.
