Food
Enough for the first couple of days or so - buy as you go. Use plastic or other disposable containers for dining or food storage. Remember seasonings. You also may want to include limited supply of emergency food rations (candy bars, dried meats & fruit, etc.)
Clothing Tips
One "good" outfit for each traveler (hang in plastic bag in closet). Remember - it can get cold in the morning even during the summer. Send for information on areas you are going to visit and plan your wardrobe accordingly.
